March and April 2026 Edition 

Hello fiber artists!   I have been very delinquent regarding my blog duties.  So several editions will have to come out at once.

Guild Meeting: Meetings were held March 21 and April 18, 2026.

Retreats and Conferences:

    BUELLWOOD RETREAT: This retreat will be September 26 and 27, 2026 at the Marsin Center in the Hancock/Houghton Michigan area.  We will have classes and camaraderie!  It's a great time in a beautiful setting.

Anita brought some goodies from her grandmother.

Annie brought some spinning, collages and a sweater

David showed a sampling of fiber he had woven for his class in June at the Marquette conference where he learned to sew his fabrics into things.

Gretchen brought a vest and some flowers.

Karen T displayed a flower, turtle, her dish towel, scarves and baskets.

Mary M brought a woven wallhanging and a ceramic elf.

Melissa L brought a sweater (viking) and an intarsia vest.

Olivia brought baskets.

Polly showed her mini sweaters for the centerpiece 

Jimalee showed her red hat.

Sean showed a variety of woven bands

Zoe shared some yarn she had spun.

Mary B showed a scotland wool vest, a monarch scarf, blue purple, shetland shawl.
